The upfront fee for escrow packages is $450 and for lender forms is $325, payable to Kennedy Accounting Systems.
Please make sure to reference the property on the payment. Once payment is received, the estimated turn-around time is 4-5 Business Days.
A $100 Rush Fee may be added to the payment, in which case the turn-around time is shortened to 3 Business days.

Checks must be payable to Kennedy Accounting Systems and may be mailed or delivered to 136 W. Canon Perdido St., Suite A, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
