Started over 40 years ago by Joseph P. Kennedy, Kennedy Accounting Systems has been providing accounting and tax services to a wide range of clients, including both businesses and individuals. Kennedy Accounting Systems specializes in accounting management for Homeowners’ Associations, including Condominiums, Planned Unit Developments and Mutual Water Companies.
The company has developed a reputation for professional excellence through the high quality of services performed for all of our clients.
In 2014, Joe sold the company to Alan Fray, who is a CPA. Alan carries on the tradition of excellent service to our HOA clients, small business clients and tax clients. Kennedy Accounting Systems has expanded to also include bookkeeping services to exclusive local businesses. Our team: Trish Guilfoyle, Jaima Diamond, and Alan Fray
- Trish Guilfoyle is the Office Manager and has been with the company since 1988. She has been involved in almost all aspects of HOA accounting including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll. - Jaima Diamond is the HOA Accounting Manager Bookkeeper. She has been with the company since 2015. She prepares the financial statements for the HOAs as well as helps local businesses with their bookkeeping and payroll. She is an expert in all versions of QuickBooks. - Kathleen Hinson is our Accounts Payable Manager and also helps with HOA utilities, insurance, homeowner balances and general office support.
