The upfront fee for escrow packages is $450 and for lender forms is $325, payable to Kennedy Accounting Systems.
Please make sure to reference the property on the payment. Once payment is received, the estimated turn-around time is 4-5 Business Days.
A $100 Rush Fee may be added to the payment, in which case the turn-around time is shortened to 3 Business days.
Pay via Check
Checks must be payable to Kennedy Accounting Systems and may be mailed or delivered to 1805 E. Cabrillo Blvd., Suite F, Santa Barbara, CA 93108.
Pay Online From Your Bank
- Go to https://www.hoabankservices.com/
- Select the Online Payments for Homeowners button, click “Make Payment” on the left navigation bar
- Choose the center box “Make a One-Time Payment as a Guest” and click the grey Make a One-Time Payment box.
- Type “Kennedy” in the Homeowner Association Name field and hit Find.
- Select KENNEDY-FRAY & ASSOCIATES, LLC DBA KENNEDY ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS (Santa Barbara, CA) and
enter the property address number and street for the Homeowner ID number (for example: 123BowlingGreen) - Enter your bank account or credit card information
